Prosights put a forward-deployed engineering team on-site and built a paperless job-file application: field-ready tablets at every work center, computer-vision capture of stamped asset IDs at intake, digital forms that match the paper they replaced, gated QA sign-offs with role-based login, and clean customer status and PDF reports out the other end.
